CS 59 Pa – System of doors and partition walls without thermal insulation
The CS 59 Pa system is used in the production of aluminum doors and partition walls. It is used for manufacturing cover doors with both butt hinges and clamp hinges. The system allows making single or double-leaf doors, operating inwards or outwards. Besides, we can also make folding doors or automatic doors as well as spacial structures. Advanced technology guarantees a high level of security.

CS 59 - System of doors and partition walls with thermal insulation
This is a modern system used to make thermo-insulated windows and balcony doors, front doors and spacial structures.
It ensures a suitable level of thermal-insulation.
Due to the 14mm wide insulating strips, the system has been classified into material group 2.2, in accordance with the DIN V 4108-4 standard.

CS 59 is available in four versions: standard (functional), Renaissance, softline and the ‘hidden-leaf door’.
A wide range of colours
The CS 59 Pa system offers 500 glossy, mat or metallic colours, in accordance with the RAL colour scheme, or anodized colours imitating stainless steel or wood. The insulating strips allow using different colours outside or inside the same structure. Surface finishing is carried out in accordance with the Qualicoat standards for painting, and the Qualanod standards for anodization.

PI 50 - a system of thermo-insulated doors, windows and other spacial structures
This is an aluminum framework system, used mainly for making external partitions (windows, doors, windshields, spacial structures). Applied as construction material, aluminium adds some aesthetic and robust looks to elements of the system and ensures their long-time use. The system is good not only for public buildings (schools, offices, hospitals or banks), but also for houses and flats. Aluminum makes the product durable and safe in use. Double-chamber sections ensure that the windows and doors are protected against heat transfer and steam condensation on the surface of the window sash and frame. The insulating quality is based on the double-chamber structure of the sections. Their parts are connected with polyamide tapes, creating a robust and durable connection of high insulating qualities. The technology of the section connections and the applied filling of the sash sections permit creation of a very efficient barrier that will protect against cold and noise. The maximum thickness of the filling is 35mm.
The aesthetic values of the structure are outlined by the high-standard finishing of the sections: anodic oxidation and powder painting in all colours, in accordance with RAL marking scheme.
The sections can be of different colours, both on the inside and on the outside.

Acoustic insulation characteristic of windows and balcony doors in the PI 50 system allows qualifying them as the following acoustic classes:
Rw = 30dB - for hermetic (with no infiltration slots) windows and doors,
Rw = 25 dB - for windows and doors with infiltration slots.
PBI 40E - A system of partition walls and doors without thermal insulation
This system makes it possible to construct partition walls, cashier box walls, as well as windows and doors not requiring thermal insulation. We use them for economic interior furnishing of high aesthetic and functional standards.
In these structures we use all types of glass available on the market. There can be single-pane, laminated glass pane sets or bulletproof panes. They are made of: transparent, absorbing, ornamental or reflexive glass. Apart from that, we can use aluminum panels, any type of furniture walls, gypsum boards or polycarbonate panels. Maximum thickness of the structure filling element is 25.5mm.
The aesthetic values of the structure are outlined by the high-standard finishing of the sections: powder varnishing and anodizing.
Our products are available in different colours, in accordance with the RAL marking system.
In the PBI 40E system we use the same accessories and hardware (connectors, seals, catch sections for fastening the filling element) as in the PBI 50, PI 50 systems.
Sound Insulating Power (based on Approval ITB AT-15-4245/200).
The sound insulating indexes for the inner partition walls constructed from the aluminum section PBI 40 Economic are as follows:
Rw = 39 dB - for walls with transparent filling structure made of 25.5mm thick glass (9.5+4/14),
Rw = 35 dB - for walls with non-transparent filling structure made of aluminum plate 2x1.5mm thick and mineral wool ROCKWOOL Fire Batts with density = 110kg/m3 and thickness = 20mm
PBI 50 - System of doors, windows and spacial structures without thermal insulation
A system allowing construction of partition walls, cashier box walls, as well as doors and windows, which do not require thermal insulation. It can be used where there is a need for inexpensive but high-standard, good-looking interiors.
In these structures we use all types of glass available on the market. There can be single-pane, laminated glass pane sets or bulletproof panes.
